| that jap rice-burner is for the daily job you gonna need for to 'fix-up' that muscle car. That and the daily trips to the "parts store" didnt know the shrimp ref tho' Found info from this site| Quote: | | Starting in 1967, Chevrolet introduced a vehicle that would rival the Ford Mustang. The vehicle was called the Camaro. Meaning "friend" in French, some laughed because in Spanish, "camaro" meant "shrimp." However, no one was laughing when the Camaro was tearing up the streets and blowing the doors off the Mustang. |
I liked the comments about parts here:| Quote: | | As a Mopar guy, I say neither, but I will vote for the Mustang over the Camaro, mainly due for the access to a multitude of cheap parts. | -Fixed or repair'd daily one of the many acronyms if you didnt know.
This is the Camaro i remember, not a 69 but still a beast. If you've seen the movie, the french 'friend' reference is in there big time. no ?_________________ |
